We do things a wee bit different
So.. what’s a regenerative farm?
For us, regenerative farming means caring for the land in a way that improves it over time. It’s about working with nature, not against it.
A 250-hectare (600-acre) working farm producing nutrient-dense food using regenerative, sustainable and organic-aligned practices.
Science-led decision making combined with hands-on observation, including soil testing and careful land management.
Regenerative techniques, such as multi-species cover cropping, that restore soil health, improve biodiversity and build long-term natural capital.
A diverse farming system, including cattle and sheep, a market garden, a cut-flower garden and an orchard — helping to support soil health, biodiversity and a resilient ecosystem.
From the Land
We’re a working regenerative farm, bakery, farmhouse, restaurant and learning hub. We’re growing food, making products and creating experiences that reconnect people to land and produce.
Made with Intention
We farm consciously using regenerative, science-backed practices. We partner with thoughtful producers, run hands-on programs and test better ways of growing, making and sharing food.
For the Future
Because the way we grow food shapes our future. We believe regenerative farming is the key. Restoring the land and proving there’s a better way forward.
Soil, Insects, Food Systems, Renewables, and Waste.
Soil
We believe restoring soil health requires a whole system approach. By focusing on biodiversity, ecological balance and diverse practices, we build resilient systems. Healthy soil is the foundation of healthy land and people.
Insects
Insects are essential to a healthy farm ecosystem, supporting pollination, soil health and biodiversity. A diverse insect population helps maintain balance, reducing the need for chemical and synthetic inputs.
Food Systems
We farm with purpose, using evidence based methods to build soil, sequester carbon and enhance biodiversity. We are shifting to restorative systems that support resilient food systems for people and communities.
Renewables
We are powered by renewable energy and supported by innovations like agrivoltaics and water harvesting. By closing energy and nutrient loops, we aim to reduce impact and build a more self sufficient farm.
Waste
We take a regenerative approach, seeing waste as a valuable resource. We aim to restore more than we take by rethinking waste systems for long term resilience.
