Our bakery turns quality ingredients into delicious breads, pastries and treats made fresh every day. Simple ingredients, slow processes and a lot of care, just the way good baking should be.
From the early morning bake to the final loaf on the bench, everything we do is guided by seasonality, flavour and respect for the land. Traditional techniques and hands-on methods allow the ingredients to speak for themselves, creating food that is nourishing, honest and full of character.

The restaurant is a celebration of Burradoo’s regenerative farming, transformed into seasonal dishes that are fresh, generous and full of flavour. Set within a beautifully restored 1800s heritage farmhouse, it’s dining that feels deeply connected to the land, the produce and the people who bring it all to life.
Working closely with the Burradoo Park Farm team, the menu is shaped by what’s growing on the farm and sourced from trusted producers who share our commitment to ethical, sustainable practices.
